*Terms and Conditions for Queen of Hearts Academy Training Courses*
1. *Course Booking and Payment*
a. Full payment is required to secure your place on the Training Course.
b. Payment is non-refundable under all circumstances except those stated in these terms and conditions.
c. Upon payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
d. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information when making the booking, and please check your junk folder for course communication.
2. *Cancellation Policy*
a. If you cancel your booking *21 days or less* before the start date of the course, you forfeit the full payment.
b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
c. Cancellations made within the correct time frame will still be charged a £95 booking & admin fee.
d. Online course bookings are 100% non-transferrable and non-refundable.
e. Once any training material has been provided, all courses become 100% non-refundable.
f. If you have chosen an online course or one of the payment plan options, 100% of the course amount is non-refundable due to instant course content access.
3. *Course Rescheduling*
a. If you cancel your booking *21 days or more* before the start date of the course, you may reschedule for a future course date without incurring additional charges.
b. Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and are subject to availability of future course dates.
c. Rescheduled courses must be attended within 6 months from the original booking date, otherwise, the payment will be forfeited.
4. *Course Attendance*
a. Failure to attend the course on the scheduled date without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
b. No shows on the day of the course will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
5. *Force Majeure*
a. In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6. *Amendments to Terms and Conditions*
a. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to the course date. By booking and paying for a Training Course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
7. *Communication*
a. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing to queenofheartsacademy@outlook.com.
Cancellations must explicitly state that you wish to cancel your course, otherwise your space will be placed on hold.
